"We have committed to improving the number of women in senior management positions in Australia and New Zealand to 40 per cent by 2020.

In 2018, women held 34.5 per cent of senior management roles across IAG. We know we have lots to do, so to reach our target we have a number of programs and initiatives in place. This includes recruiting talented women across the business, providing opportunities for our female talent to progress into leadership positions, and exploring flexible working arrangements for all employees."
