2 Year Contract - Flexible

An exciting new opportunity awaits for a Manager Organisational Culture, Capability and Diversity at Yarra City Council, following a review of the People, Culture and Community Division.

Reporting to the Group Manager People and Culture, the new Manager will be an integral part of the Division contributing directly to the achievement of organisational goals.

With a focus on building organisational capacity, capability and an inclusive culture consistent with Council’s values, the incumbent will be an experienced management professional who is highly motivated, appreciates cultural sensitivities, is a dedicated team player and drives change.

The right candidate will successfully lead and develop staff at all levels. They will have a demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and provide leadership and effective development opportunities for staff within the team, understanding the dynamic and politically-sensitive working context.
