How would you describe the Puffling process from signing up to finding your job share partner?
Nicole: It was pretty seamless and felt very professional. What was evident was the time that had been spent with the hiring company in understanding their needs and getting them on board with the idea of a job share position.
Tina: I found the process incredibly easy. I signed up, updated my profile, showed interest in a role and within a day or two Puffling were in touch. They explained the process to me and answered all the questions I had in regards to the role and taking the next steps in applying.
Finding the right job share partner took a few attempts, which I wasn’t expecting. However, the Puffling team were so supportive and encouraging throughout the whole process.
What is a joint interview like?
Tina: If you’re with the right partner, it’s pretty seamless. Going in together as a team takes the edge off what would normally be a nerve wracking time. I felt more confident walking into an interview with someone else by my side than I usually would. We were each other’s support.
