Pairing up – Job Share

If you have seen a role for Job Share or full time flex advertised, you can message other candidates who are interested in potentially sharing a role. Just like dating, you can message each other online, meet for a coffee and chat about the future. If you feel like you have found ‘the one’ ( the work wife, as many of our pairs like to call each other ) we guide you through a process of creating a Joint CV.

Interview Together

Interviewing

If you’re applying for a contract role or part-time role, we will set it all up and help you through the process. If you’re applying for a role as a Job Share Pair, you will go on a joint interview. We provide support on how to prepare for this and also run workshops for employers on how to make Job Share work successfully. Joint interviews are key for us – our pairs always interview together – our employers will see you as team from the start.
