About the role
Xero is the global small business platform with over 3.9 million subscribers. As Head of Marketing for ANZ you'll own the full marketing strategy for our largest market — brand, demand generation, partnerships, and events. What you'll do
- Define and execute the ANZ marketing strategy aligned to business growth targets
- Lead a team of 12 across brand, digital, content, and events
- Own the ANZ marketing budget and allocate resources for maximum impact
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with accounting bodies and industry groups
- Report to the VP Marketing APAC and present to the ANZ leadership team
What you'll bring
- 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or technology marketing
- Strong commercial acumen — you understand the link between marketing and revenue
- Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
How the flexibility works
Hybrid — 3 days in the Melbourne office, 2 days remote. Flexible start/finish times outside of core hours (10am–3pm AEST).
