About the role

What you'll do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise employer accounts across key verticals
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximise revenue and retention
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to close
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to develop enterprise-specific solutions
  • Report to the VP Sales and contribute to national sales strategy

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 3 years in enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a complex sales environment
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at C-suite level
  • Experience in HR tech, recruitment, or SaaS preferred
  • Self-directed and comfortable working remotely without close supervision

How the flexibility works

Fully remote — work from anywhere in Australia. Flexible hours with no mandatory office days. Travel to client sites as required (approx. 2–3 days/month).
